I flew from Los Angeles to Melbourne on a Qantas A380 this month (June 2010) and also agree there was more room in the cabin and the entertainment system is the best by far I have seen on any international airline. The seat, I was in economy, was very comfortable although the one I had was right in front of one of the toilets. As the seat guru website indicated this can be bothersome, it was as everytime the toilet wash flushed you could hear the noise quite loudly.

i flew on a Qantas A380 from Sydney to LAX last year, i felt there was more room in the cabin, i travelled economy :(, especially overhead, great entertainment system and loved the power source available to work on my laptop!
